In October 2007 I was just about to finish my 600 page PhD thesis. I had following all the university suggestions for compiling large documents but of course when I began the final finishing off tasks my thesis, nothing would work. The formatting went out, the pagination was incorrect and the computer kept crashing. I gave my entire thesis to Alli and within a few days she had resurrected a complete and correct document. She did a marvellous job in just picking up where I left off and understood exactly what was needed to complete my thesis ready for examination. We did everything by email so it was also very time efficient. I am sincerely grateful to her and the excellent job she did.
